Certain County Tax Assessors waive early termination penalties for senior owners otherwise they are usually funded by the buyer.
What if a land owner has an interest in receiving an offer to buy:
The buyer presents a “Letter of Intent” outlining the offer price, terms and the intended use.
Do we enter into listing agreements to sell property?
